Hello, I’m Fiona Aviani-Bartram. I live in the Manor ward in Stockport so a vote for me would be a vote for a local candidate, and someone who’s truly involved in the area. I may be young, but I have a history of supporting for and campaigning for the climate. For example I attended and helped organise peaceful demonstrations for the climate when I was 17.
There are many ways we can work to be good to the environment. I’ll campaign for better walking and cycling facilities in Manor and in Stockport as a whole, as well as promoting the use of public transport over private cars. We also need to be conscious of our green spaces. Manor is lucky to have some excellent parks, and I will work to keep them as clean and welcoming as possible.
I’m passionate about improving politics at all levels. I’ve already had suggestions from residents and I’d listen to all suggestions and things people want to see, and take them to heart. Greens are doing wonderful things for Stockport in Reddish South, and with your help, we can replicate that in Manor. Vote for me, vote Green, and let’s give the area the high quality representation it deserves!
