Stockport Green Party has launched its campaign for the 2018 local elections unveiling its new manifesto here. Determined democratically by its members, the manifesto features sections on Social Justice, Economy, Health & Education, Housing and Community & Environment.
Co-ordinator David Carter said: "Last week co-leader Jonathan Bartley spoke about how important it is to have a leavening Green presence on every Council (here) I hope that people will read what we have to offer and support us towards achieving this goal in Stockport."
There are Green candidates in every ward except Brinnington & Central. Profiles of some of our candidates can be found here with others to be added later.
