In the 2015 General Election the Stockport Green Party ran candidates in the Stockport and Hazel Grove constituencies. In the Stockport constituency the number of votes increased by over 1000 compared to the 2010 General Election and almost three times the share of the votes from 1.4% in 2010 to 4.4% in 2015. In Hazel Grove constituency we stood a candidate from the first time in 28 years.
